I work on digital trust — making a credential verifiable without trusting whoever hands it to you, and making the contracts underneath it safe to rely on.
Right now I'm a Project Management Intern in the Blockchain Technology Development Section at Cathay Financial Holdings, research Web3 agent protocols and trustworthy AI at TABEI, and work on two research tracks at NCCU MIS. In my own builds, identity extends to autonomous agents — agent DIDs, session-bounded permissions, and x402 machine payments prototyped on the Base Sepolia testnet.
What I work on
Research Areas
Building trust infrastructure on Self-Sovereign Identity standards (W3C DID, Verifiable Credentials), and extending it to identity-gated asset ownership through ERC-3643 RWA tokenization.
Studying auditing methodologies for Solidity contracts — static analysis with Slither, manual review patterns, and formal verification approaches for on-chain financial systems.
Implemented QML simulations using Qiskit, exploring VQE and QAOA for financial optimization. Focused on quantum speedup potential for ML tasks in the finance domain.
Completed NCCU's Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Micro Program. Researching how an autonomous agent can hold an identity and spend money under rules a counterparty can check: did:pkh agent DIDs with authorisation credentials, session-bounded permissions, and x402 machine payments settled in USDC with on-chain revenue routing. Positioned against the draft ERC-8004 / 8183 agent-economy standards rather than claiming compliance with them.

A hospital issues a health credential once; the patient keeps it in Taiwan's government digital wallet, and a pharmacy, researcher or insurer sees only the fields its scenario allows.

PepeFi On-Chain CFD
A testnet perpetual-CFD engine on Base Sepolia whose markets reference US equities, gold and crypto. RWA positions require an on-chain-verified credential, and AI agents trade only inside an owner-bounded session.

Mandate Layer
A user gives an AI trading agent a mandate — per-order margin, total budget, leverage cap, asset list, expiry — and a contract on Base checks it on every order.

Worked the conference on behalf of TABEI, Sep 13–14 in Taipei — the first edition to add a Financial Institution Day.
Trustworthy AI Hackathon 2026 Concluded
Closed out the three-day hackathon and Demo Day at N24 Taipei Ark as part of the TABEI organizing team — 50 teams applied, 20 reached the finals, and Human ID took first place. Selected work continues to a policy white paper in November.
Joined IBM Qiskit Global Summer School 2026
Took part in IBM's Qiskit Global Summer School, a program on quantum algorithms and hands-on implementation in Qiskit.
Joined TABEI and the NCCU FinTech Club
Started as an intern at the Taiwan Association for Blockchain Ecosystem Innovation, and was selected as an inaugural officer of the NCCU FinTech Club.
Joined the AI+QC Research and Development Program at NCCU MIS
Appointed as a research assistant in the AI+QC program led by Prof. Rua-Huan Tsaih (Jan–Dec 2026) — a separate appointment from the smart contract security research advised by Prof. Feng-Yuan Chuang.
